In March 2023, I was diagnosed with a severe gluten, milk and egg intolerance, which meant that baking as I knew it had to change drastically.
What did this mean for me?
Baking as I had always known it was no longer an option, so had to look for alternatives in order to make soft, tasty cakes without using traditional ingredients.
